Branson: First Night
Tonight was the beginning of our weekedn in Branson! We came down from Springfield after work, checked into a hotel, then headed off to Branson Landing for dinner. We were a bit late for our reservations at Cantina Laredo, but they didn't seem to mind. We ate out on the patio and had front row seats to the water and fire show (a miniature Bellagio fountain show with fire!). After dinner we headed to the Landing Queen paddle boat for a short cocktail cruise out on Lake Taneycomo. It was a blast... literally, if you see the pictures of the show!
Cheers to a good night!
In front of the Landing Queen, just before boarding.
Giving the captain a short break! :)

The light show was really cool, and beautiful for sure! Our moonlight cruise made a special stop for the fountain's finale.
Patrick the Star Fish. My family ought to appreciate the meaning of that!

glad you did not crash the boat, atalie.
Great photos. I really liked seeing them. My favorites are you driving the boat and Patrick cozing up to the pink starfish. That was awesome and so appropriate!!!! It looked like a fun packed weekend. Here's wishing Patrick a happy birthday (sorry but I am getting your gift out a bit late), but just wanted you to know we didn't forget - just got too busy. Love you both!
